This type of scaffolding is for inside use. Can be used on a floor or stairs as shown. A section is 6'x6'x30" wide (including wheels). Frames are 5'6" each.
Can be stacked 2 sections high (12') when using 2 sections & 14" outriggers, plus safety rail. Or you can add a 3rd section if you use the 46" outriggers to provide a wide enough base (3:1 ratio height to width).
Weight rating: 1 section rating is 1000 lbs or 453 kg, 2 sections rating is 841 lbs or 381 kgs, 3 sections rating is 735 lbs or 333 kgs.
